What is a Spiritual Coach?
When I had my Spiritual Awakening in September of 2020 I had no idea how to navigate it nor how to digest the changes that were taking place in my life. Growing up religious I had always had this desire to follow a higher power, but the more I evolved on my journey toward higher consciousness the more the idea of "religion" didn't seem to align with me or my values. So when I had a spontaneous Kundalini awakening after separating from my husband in the fall of 2020 I was left questioning who I was, what I believed and what my purpose was.
What is a Spiritual Awakening?
For each person this experience is unique but the best way I can define a Spiritual Awakening is a spark or event that leads to radical change. That moment when you wake up different, unnerved and complacent. Life seems empty, what you once loved or desired falls to the wayside and you find yourself looking for a deeper meaning and to find true peace. The people you once used to resonate with don't seem to be aligned and there is this innate feeling that life is about to shift. Cataclysmic change is fast approaching.

What is the purpose of a Spiritual Coach?
If I can say anything about my personal journey it is that during my own unique experience I felt completely isolated and alone in my process. Having someone to partner alongside of you through the challenging journey of expansion makes the entire process far less daunting. As a Spiritual Coach my goal is to help you navigate the journey with ease and peace as you step into alignment and flow with the Universe. This process is your journey and as an intuitive guide and coach I can be a liaison to the journey of self evolution. Through my own unique experience I have learned meditative and grounding practices to help my clients in the process of enlightenment. With the help of my metaphysical team I channel guidance specific for each client and help you navigate the changes your life is undergoing.
